Your daily steps can then be tracked on an 80 Days journey, collecting images of the places you discover and passport stamps of the countries you visit.

Complete your challenge solo or team up with others to travel further afield.

Every Run Counts Snoods are ideal all year round - In winter they can be used to protect your neck, face, ears and head from the cold, and when it's warm to keep the sweat out of your eyes.

Can be worn as a neck scarf, bandana, hair band, headband, wrist sweatband, face mask or balaclava.

Here's how Every Run Counts started ...

Having suffered a nervous breakdown while working in the corporate world, Jeff rediscovered his passion for running and walking. The simple act of being outside and taking exercise was both a release, and uplifting. It became clear to him that there is often too much focus on how much you should walk or run, as well as when and how you should do it. If you simply recognise the fact any exercise is good, it takes away the pressure and you can just enjoy the experience. This is why in 2021, along with his brother Steve, they created Every Run Counts Ltd – to provide an alternative means of motivation.

We want to reach out to those of you who are physically active or aspire to become fitter in order to improve your physical and mental well-being.

We have experienced the power of exercise to improve the way we feel, and this is why we are committed to harnessing the power of physical exercise to enhance the daily lives of everyone that wants to be a part of our mission: to uplift, inspire, and bring together communities through the power of exercise.

We hope you will join us on our journey and encourage more people to participate in regular exercise for the benefit of their physical and mental health. In particular, we want to help the 90% of people who quit regular exercise within 3 months (often to restart time and time again) because of the pressure they put themselves under. We want them to find a better way to stay motivated with the freedom of doing what makes them feel good. At the end of the day, any walking and running however, fast or slow, short or long – it’s all good!
